Jeffrey Chwa, DO, is board certified in internal medicine and practices rheumatology. Dr. Chwa earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Illinois. He completed his internship and residency at NorthShore University HealthSystem of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Illinois. Dr. Chwa is passionate about helping others live better lives. He is interested in all forms of rheumatologic diseases. Dr. Chwa pursued a career tients with customized care that puts their health goals and concerns above all. He treats his patients like family and offers friendly medical care.
