Deborah Helen Milligan, MD

Deborah Milligan, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. She is a hospitalist. Dr. Milligan earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at UC Davis Medical Center. In her spare time, Dr. Milligan volunteers with Doctors Without Borders, an international non-profit organization that provides medical aid abroad.
