Broken machines & out of order phone number

Half of the washing machines are broken, and another 20% are literally filled with filth, so there are very limited options. Finally finding two machines that “work” I put my quarters in #27 & 28. Luckily I stayed because after successfully starting the wash cycle, the machine just stopped & went dead, leaving my laundry sopping wet. So I was forced to drag my soaking laundry into a new machine (#27 broke). So not only did I pay twice, I had to buy more detergent & got bleach all over my hands. I tried calling the number, but that’s out of service. There is only one laundry mat in the area, so you think they would actually want to make some money or help out customers, but I am quite wrong. If management will contact me back, I am happy to revise my review. Otherwise, I say less than 1 star. $8 to just wash (not dry) ONE load because the machine broke mid-cycle seems a little excessive. And having a phone number that is out of order doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. HELP!
